Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy
By accessing or using the services provided by Wonder Whisper Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund Wonder Whisper Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions by giving participants notice at least 48 hours before the start of the session, due to reasons like insufficient group size or venue restrictions. Full refunds will be provided to participants for cancellations from Wonder Whisper Wellness, or if participants are unable to make it for sessions rescheduled by Wonder Whisper Wellness. Participants are responsible for ensuring that Wonder Whisper Wellness has their correct contact information for communication regarding cancellations or rescheduling.
Participants are allowed to cancel their session within 24 hours of confirmation of session, for which a full refund will be made to the participant. After which, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply for cancellations initiated by the participant. Then, within 48 hours before the start of the session, no refunds will be made for cancellation of sessions by participants.
Participants are also allowed to reschedule their session by giving Wonder Whisper Wellness at least 48 hours’ notice before the start of the session. Rescheduling by participants is not allowed within 48 hours before the start of the session and no refunds will be made.
2. Gifted experiences with Wonder Whisper Wellness are valid for six months from the date of purchase and are transferable to another recipient. Gifted experiences are not refundable within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Weather Contingencies: Wonder Whisper Wellness endeavours to plan sessions around weather forecasts to ensure optimal experience for participants. However, we cannot guarantee weather conditions and sessions may proceed as planned in the case of mild inclement weather. In case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that make the event unsafe or impractical, Wonder Whisper reserves the right to reschedule the event. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in such cases, and efforts will be made to accommodate your preferences for rescheduling.
4. Price Variation: Prices for Wonder Whisper Wellness services are subject to change without prior notice. Final confirmation of prices based on agreed terms and conditions will be provided in quotation from Wonder Whisper Wellness.
5. Research Usage: Any research or information provided by Wonder Whisper Wellness is intended for informational purposes only. It is not to be used against Wonder Whisper Wellness, as Wonder Whisper is not the source of such research or information.
6. Health Requirements: Participants acknowledge a basic level of physical fitness is required for sessions. Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, inclusive of allergies, that may be impacted by the session’s activities. Wonder Whisper Wellness is not liable for any injuries or health concerns arising during the session, including due to negligence on the participants’ part.
7. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge participation in sessions involves inherent risks, including exposure to uneven terrain, insects, wildlife, and potential allergic reactions. Participants agree to assume all such risks associated with their participation.
8. Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians accompanying children on sessions are solely responsible for their children's safety and behaviour during the session.
9. Respectful Conduct and Safety: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, alcohol or substances that impair judgment is prohibited. Participants agree to be respectful of the environment, fellow participants, and Wonder Whisper Wellness staff by following instructions, staying on designated paths, and keeping noise levels low.
10. Scope of service: Services of Wonder Whisper Wellness are not intended to replace assessment, diagnosis, or therapy for mental health issues, or crisis intervention. You may wish to contact the following numbers if you need emergency help:

11. Privacy Policy: Wonder Whisper Wellness complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Wonder Whisper Wellness will collect and use your personal data consisting of your Full Name, Handphone Number, and Email Address, and Mailing Address in a confidential manner, for billing and administrative purposes only. Cookies are used on Wonder Whisper Wellness website to collect anonymous browsing related information to enhance user experience.
Photographs and videos will be taken of participants during sessions conducted by Wonder Whisper Wellness, for use in our social media, website, and other advertising platforms. If you do not consent to being photographed, do let your facilitator know before the session commences, and if you would like your photograph removed after the session, do contact Wonder Whisper Wellness.
12. Confidentiality: Any of your personal information and experiences that you share during sessions conducted by Wonder Whisper Wellness will remain private and confidential with our facilitator. In group sessions our facilitators will remind other participants to maintain confidentiality, however Wonder Whisper Wellness cannot be responsible for the actions of other participants with regards to confidentiality.
If Wonder Whisper Wellness deems that you need emergency help, such as in situations of self-harm, suicide, violence, or abuse, Wonder Whisper Wellness reserves the right to disclose your information to the relevant authorities to keep you and the people around you safe.
13. Copyright: All rights reserved. No part of Wonder Whisper Wellness website, including information, photos, logos, and names may be copied or reproduced in any form without prior permission of Wonder Wellness Whisper.
14. Governing Law: Participants agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore during all sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, laws prohibiting smoking and littering. Wonder Whisper Wellness reserves the right to refuse participation or dismiss participants who engage in any activity that violates these laws.
By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Wonder Whisper Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review this disclaimer periodically for changes.
